At 7: 52 am (IST), Asian markets were trading mixed.
Hong Kong's Hang Seng rose 0.21% or 41.09 points at 19,218.04. Japan's Nikkei gained 0.93% or 81.23 points at 8,811.72. Also Read: Indian market outlook ahead of the EU summit Singapore's Straits Times was flat at 2,843.27. South Korea's Seoul Composite was down 0.27% or 4.82 points at 1,812.83. Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted was up 0.18% or 12.60 points at 7,195.61.
