ZF Steering Gear at its meeting held on May 26, 2011 has declared final dividend at Rs 5 per share Rs 10 each for the year 2010-11.

ZF Steering Gear India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 5.00 per Equity Share Rs. 10/- each for the year 2010-11, subject to the approval of the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on July 27, 2011. This in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 5/- per share paid in November 2011.Source : BSE
