Intensive Fiscal Services Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Open Offer") on behalf of Mrs. Vandana Agarwal ("Acquirer") has informed this Corrigendum to Detailed Public Statement ('Corrigendum') in respect of the Open Offer to the equity shareholders of Yamini Investments Ltd ("Target Company"), pursuant to and in compliance with Regulation 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
