Wyeth Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2011, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 7.00 per equity share of Rs. 10 each (70%) on 2,27,20,059 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.
