To adopt Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter ended June, 2012 and for the year ended June 30, 2012.2. To Adopt and approve the Balance Sheet for the year ended June 30, 2012 together with Profit and Loss Account as at that date of the Company and Report of the Director.3.
