Vinati Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 65% on the share capital of the Company i.e. Rs. 1.30 per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2011, subject to approval by the shareholders of the company in ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
