To take on record / approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended on March 31, 2012.2. To Take on record the Limited Review Report given by the Statutory Auditors on the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended on March 31, 2012.3. To consider and approve the allotment of 25 lacs.
