VA Tech Wabag allots 9194 shares under ESOP Scheme 2006 & 2010

VA Tech Wabag Ltd has informed BSE that on November 16, 2012, the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide a Circular Resolution passed, have allotted 9,194 equity shares of the Company having a face value of Rs. 2/- each to the eligible employees pursuant to exercise of stock options granted under the Company’s ESOP Scheme 2006 & ESOP Scheme 2010.The new equity shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Equity Share Capital.Source : BSE
