To authorise the directors for filing necessary forms, Balance Sheet & P&L account of March 31, 2012 and annual return to the ROC Mumbai.2. To authorise Director for Printing new Share Certificate Sign, Apply Common Seal of the Company on share certificate of Rs. 1 face Value for Stock Split.3. Accept the Resignation of Present Compliance Officer Mr. Pawan Dalmia and Appoint New Compliance Officer.4. Appointment of Company Secretary.5. To authorise the directors of the Company to follow the procedure for split of shares and also to file and execute the necessary documents for spilt.6.
