United Breweries CFO Mr. Guido de Boer resigns

United Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that after more than three years with United Breweries Limited (UBL), Mr. Guido de Boer, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, will be transferred by Heineken to a next assignment. The Company would like to place on record its gratitude for the significant contributions that Mr de Boer has made during his tenure. He will step down Chief Financial Officer on December 31, 2012 and retire as a Director during the next Board Meeting.Mr. Henricus Petrus van Zon has been nominated by Heineken as his replacement as Chief Financial Officer effective January 01, 2013, and will be appointed to the Board of the Company in due course.Source : BSE
