Tv Today Network Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 have recommended dividend @ 15% on the paid-up capital of the Company that is Rs.0.75 Per Share for the financial year 2010-11 subject to the approval of the shareholders at forthcoming Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
