Tube Investments of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 02, 2011, inter alia, to approve the audited accounts of the Company for the Financial year ended March 31, 2011 and the financial results to be published in the newspaper.Further, the Board will also consider recommending final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.Source : BSE
