Transport Corporation approves 30% final dividend
Transport Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Shareholders of the Company at 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 26, 2012, have approved the payment of final dividend @30% (Re. 0.60 per share) as recommended by the Board of Directors in their meeting held May 30, 2012.Source : BSE
