Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Ltd has now informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 29, 2012 to August 31, 2012 (both days inclusive) (Revised) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 29, 2012.Source : BSE
