TCI Developers has its Board of Directors meeting on May 30, 2011 to consider dividend.
TCI Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, to consider & approve the Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2011 & also consider the payment of maiden Dividend, if any, to its equity shareholders for the financial year 2010-11 and fixation of Book Closure / Record Date for the purpose of identifying the eligible shareholders of the Company for payment of dividend.Source : BSE
