Tata Motors (DVR) fixes book closure for dividend from July 20 to August 10, 2012.
TATAMOTORS-DVR-A-ORDY has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 20, 2012 to August 10, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend of Rs. 4.10 per 'A' Ordinary Share (205%) of face value of Rs. 2/- each (Post Split) for FY 2011-12.The Dividend shall be paid / dispatched on and after August 14, 2012.Source : BSE
