Tata Global fixes book closure for Dividend & AGM from August 11 to August 31

Tata Global Beverages Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 11, 2012 to August 31, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and Payment of Dividend (If approved at the AGM). The AGM will be held on August 31, 2012.The dividend that may be declared by the Company at the AGM will be paid on September 03, 2012.Source : BSE
