SVC Resources board meeting on June 25

SVC Resources Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2012, inter alia, to consider the following :1. To consider the report submitted by Managing Director, Mr. Ashok Gupta with regard to mining activity taking place in Jabalpur and elsewhere in the world.2. To accept resignation of Statutory Auditor of Company & appoint new auditor.3. To take necessary action on pending issue of last Board meeting.4. Whether to accept or reject the resignation from Directorship of the Company given by Mr. Vishal Singh or suspend his powers and take action against him for damages caused to the Company by his illegitimate decisions in last three years.5. To convene EOGM for appointment of new auditor and other issues.6. To authorize, Managing Director, Mr. Ashok Gupta to appoint an Advocate for and on behalf of Co. and to sign all the documents as required in order to protect the interest of company and its shareholders.7. To consider action against the Directors who remained absent in three consecutive board meetings without leave of the Board.8. To ratify the action taken by Mr. Ashok Gupta in last two months in the interest of the Company.Source : BSE
