Suryalata Spinning at its meeting held on May 27, 2011 has declared final dividend at Rs 3 per share of Rs 10 each for the Financial Year 2010-2011.
Suryalata Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a Final Divided @ 30% i.e. Rs. 3/- (Rupee Three only) per equity share of the Company on the 32,67,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2010-2011.Source : BSE
