Supreme Petro recommends dividend of Rs 1.40 per share
Supreme Petrochem Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 18, 2012, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs.1.40 per share for the year 2011-2012 on equity shares entailing an outgo of Rs. 1566.72 lacs including dividend distribution tax.Source : BSE
