Sunrise Asian Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 12, 2012, inter alia, to consider the following;1. To approve the Share swap ratio for the Scheme of Amalgamation.2. To approve the Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company and Santoshima Tradelinks Limited and Conart Trader’s Limited subject to the approval of Shareholders, Stock exchange where the shares of the Company are listed, Hon’ble High Court of Bombay and other relevant regulatory authorities.Source : BSE
