Sundram Fasteners fixes Nov 23 as record date for first interim dividend

Sundram Fasteners Ltd has informed BSE that the Bond of Directors has decided to fix the Record Date as November 23, 2012 for the purpose of determination of shareholders eligible to receive the first interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2013.Further the Company has informed that, the first interim dividend warrants would be mailed to the shareholders from December 03, 2012.Source : BSE
