STI India Ltd has now informed BSE that, in terms of the order of the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) dated May 26, 2010, the tenure of Nominee Director, Mr. Upkar Singh Kohil would expire either at the end of the period of 3 years from the date of appointment or the date on which he attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.Accordingly, the tenure of office of Mr. Upkar Singh Kohli has expired on August 18, 2012, on attaining the age of 65 years.Source : BSE
