Span Diagnostics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2011, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Re. 1 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each absorbing a sum of Rs. 84.56 lacs (inclusive of tax on dividend).Source : BSE
