Solar Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2011, inter alia, has approved the Final Dividend of 40% i.e. Rs. 4 per share on equity share of Rs. 10 each subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
