Softbpo Global withdraw proposed rights issue

Softbpo Global Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company vide a resolution passed by circulation on August 22, 2012 has decided to withdraw the proposed issue of 37,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 45/- per share aggregating to Rs. 2062.50 Lacs On Rights basis.The Company will now make necessary application to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for the withdrawal of the draft Letter of Offer dated September 26, 2011 filed for the aforesaid Rights Issues.Source : BSE
