SMS Pharma sales its unit to Mylan Laboratories

As per Business Transfer Agreement dated October 16, 2012, with Mylan Laboratories Limited (Mylan), SMS Pharmaceuticals has sold/transferred the facility situated at Plot No. 28, Jawaharlal Nehru Pharma City, Parawada, Visakhapatnam, A.P.
