Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 10, 2012.Further the Company has informed that, there is an item on the Agenda of this Board Meeting to discuss the various restructuring options to optimize and stream line the operations for effective management of the Company including to discuss the proposal to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of one of the Sugar Unit of the Company namely Unn Sugar Complex, at Block Unn, District Shamli, UP as a going concern by way of slump sale or otherwise.Source : BSE
