Simplex Projects at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 has declared dividend at Re 1 per share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2011
Simplex Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, has considered and recommended dividend at 10%, i.e. Rs. 1.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2011, subject to the approval of the share holders of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
