Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that, by an Order made on the November 05, 2012, in the Company Application, the Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Bombay has directed that, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of Siemens Limited, the Applicant Company, be convened and held at Mumbai on December 10, 2012 at 10:00 a.m, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the proposed arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation of Winergy Drive Systems India Private Limited with Siemens Limited and their Respective Shareholders.Source : BSE
