Sicagen India fixes book closure for Dividend & AGM

Sicagen India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 24, 2012 to August 02, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 02, 2012.The dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2011-12, if declared at the above AGM shall be paid/despatched between August 13, 2012 and August 20 2012.Source : BSE
