Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for purchase of one second hand vessel of 1700 teu capacity at a cost of about Rs. 33 crores. With the purchase of this vessel, the fleet strength increase to five.Source : BSE
