Safal Securities to issue 1 cr equity shares via preferential allotment
Safal Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 21, 2012, has decided:- To issue 1,00,00,000 equity shares by way of preferential allotment at such price as may require in section 81 (1) (A) of Companies Act, 1956 and SEBl (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.Source : BSE
