Rswm Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2011 have recommended final dividend @ 50% i.e. Rs.5/- per share on equity shares, in addition to interim dividend @ 100% declared in previous quarter.Source : BSE
