RPG Life Sciences Ltd has informed BSE the Company would be submitting the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2011 within 60 days from the end of the financial year. In view of this, the Company will not be submitting / publish the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2011.Further, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2011, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:1.
