Royal Orchid Hotels Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 hasrecommended the payment of dividend of Rs.1.50 per equity share (15% on the face value of Rs.10) for the financial year ended 2010-11, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.Source : BSE
