Renaissance Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, has considered and approved the following matters:1. Recommended a dividend @ 20% (i.e. Rs. 2.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each) for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2011, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the AGM;2. The Board noted incorporation of Renaissance Jewellery Bangladesh Pvt. Ltd., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company in Bangladesh.Source : BSE
