Redington appoints additional director

With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 23, 2012, appointment of Mr. V S Hariharan, as an additional director of the Company on the Board of the Company, Redington (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company took place on July 31, 2012, just after the appointment of Mr. V. S. Hariharan. Hence, as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, his term of office has come to an end on the date of AGM.The Board of Directors at their meeting held later part of the day on July 31, 2012, considered and approved the appointment Mr. V. S. Hariharan as an additional director on the Board of the Company.Source : BSE
