Ratan Tata steps down as director of Tata Power

Tata Power Company’s non-executive non-independent director, Mr. Ratan N. Tata has stepped down from the board of the company effective December 28, 2012, consequent upon his completing 75 years of age, in line with the policy adopted by the board for retirement of directors.
