Ramco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 0.40 per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each fully paid-up. Together with the Interim Dividend of Re. 0.50 per Equity Share, paid already during the Financial Year 2010-11, the Total Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2011 is Re. 0.90 per Equity Share of Re.1/- each.
