Rajapalayam Mills declares dividend at Rs 15 per share

Rajapalayam Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, at the meeting held on 28th May 2011, has recommended (i) a Dividend of Rs.15/- per share of the face value of Rs.10/- for the year 2010-11, consisting of Rs.7.50 as Dividend and Rs.7.50 as Special Dividend to commemorate Platinum Jubilee of the Company and (ii) for consideration of shareholders at the AGM to be held on 20th July 2011 issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1.
