Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2011, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended June 30, 2011 and unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.Further, the Board will also consider recommending dividend, if any, for the financial year ended June 30, 2011.Source : BSE
