Power Grid Corporation of India at its meeting held on February 12, 2013, has declared interim dividend @ 16.1% of share capital i.e., Rs 1.61 per share of Rs 10 each. The date on which Interim dividend shall be paid / dispatched will be March 04, 2013.
Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2013, inter alia, have declared Interim Dividend - 16.1% of Share capital i.e., Rs. 1.61/- per share of Rs. 10/- each.
