Polygenta Technologies has informed that at the Board Meeting held on February 14, 2017, it was decided to appoint Mr. Rakesh Gaikwad as Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) of the Company with effect from February 14, 2017. Further, the Company has informed that Mr. Fredrik Wijkander, Swedfund International AB’s Nominated Director.
