Parekh Distributors Ltd has informed BSE that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on August 31, 2012.Further the Company has informed that the board of Directors of the Company have also decided to make preferential allotment upto Two Crores Equity Shares subject to approvals of the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting scheduled on August 31, 2012.Source : BSE
