Omnitech InfoSolutions board in its meeting held on May 29 has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.8 for the year ended on March 31.
Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2012, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.8/- per equity share for the year ended on March 31, 2012, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming AGM.Source : BSE
