Oberoi Realty Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 23, 2012 to June 29, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 29, 2012.Further, Dividend on equity shares, if approved by the members shall be paid to those members whose names appears on the Register of Members at the end of the day of June 22, 2012.Source : BSE
