Numeric Power board declares interim dividend

Swelect Energy Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 09, 2012, has passed the following resolution with regard to the interim dividend:"Resolved that the approval of the Board of Directors be and is hereby accorded to the Company for payment of interim dividend of Rs. 120/- (Rupees One Hundred Twenty Only) per equity share from the retained earnings, free of tax in the hands of the shareholders, for the financial year 2012-2013.Source : BSE
