With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "GVK may sell stake in Singapore arm for 0 million", GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has clarified to BSE that the Company is not selling its stake of 10%i n GVK Coal Developers (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Singapore.Further, as a policy, the Company do not comment on speculation.Source : BSE
