NMDC's Government Director resigns
NMDC Ltd has informed BSE that Shri S. Machendranathan, Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Steel, Government of India, a Government Director on the Board of the Company, has resigned for his directorship w.e.f. July 16, 2012. Accordingly, he ceased to be Director on the Board of the Company with effect from July 16, 2012.Source : BSE
